Our Shipping and Return Policy

RETURNS

All sales are final.

ORDER PROCESSING

Normal order processing can take between 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday).

The following shipping methods are available: Standard or Local Pick-up.

STANDARD SHIPPING

We are able to ship anywhere within the continental United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Standard Shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. Some items may take longer to deliver due to size, weight, and delivery address.

Some items within your order may ship separately. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure successful delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local Pickup is the most convenient way to get your Raven’s Nest order. When you buy online and pick up in store, there are no shipping fees! After your order is placed, we’ll email you when it’s ready for pickup and you’ll have 5 days to pick it up. Pickup dates vary based on product availability.

DELICATE ITEM SHIPPING

For some items shipping within the continental U.S., an additional shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s delicate nature, size or weight. The full charge, if applicable, is displayed at checkout.

We work closely with PakMail to package and ship your fragile antique or one-of-a-kind items with the utmost care.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not able to offer international shipping at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Standard Shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered.

We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
